My mom has been making Coconut Bread these last few days. IT IS THE BEST!!! She made a big loaf for the family, and a bunch of little loafs for other people as a Christmas present. Oh man it taste so good! And this is a picture of kinda what it looks like. Anyway have a good Christmas eve everyone!!
